This role sits at the intersection of consulting, solution design, pre-sales, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with executive decision-makers, helping organizations identify scalable solutions and adopt industry best practices., Participate in client discovery sessions, solution workshops, and executive-level discussions. Support complex proposal and solution development initiatives for enterprise clients. Collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams to align business requirements with solution capabilities. Guide customers through digital transformation initiatives and process improvement opportunities. Translate business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions. Assist in solution scoping, business case development, and value-driven recommendations. Influence stakeholders toward best-practice adoption and long-term strategic outcomes. 3 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, pre-sales, business transformation, solution advisory, or related roles. Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or technology-driven business solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and complex stakeholder environments. Demonstrated ability to lead discovery discussions and consult with senior business leaders. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Preferred Experience Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives. Exposure to workflow automation, information management, digital operations, business process optimization, or enterprise technology solutions. Experience working with proposal-driven or consultative sales environments. Ability to bridge business requirements with technology-enabled solutions.
