• M365 Administration: Manage and optimize SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams Admin Centers.
• Tier 3 Escalation: Resolve complex incidents, perform RCA, and liaise with Microsoft Support.
• Security & Compliance: Implement Conditional Access, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery policies.
• Automation: Develop PowerShell/Graph scripts, streamline operations, deploy new features.
• Collaboration: Mentor junior staff, maintain documentation, and provide architectural input.

Do you have experience in Shell Scripting?, * 5+ years enterprise M365 administration

• Expertise in SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams
• Strong PowerShell scripting and Azure AD/Entra ID knowledge
• Hybrid environment troubleshooting (on-prem AD/Exchange)

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, Exchange, Teams, Security)
• Experience with Purview, Defender for O365, Intune
• Large-scale M365 migrations & regulated environments, * Entra ID : 4 years (Preferred)
• M365 administration: 6 years (Preferred)
• Azure AD: 4 years (Preferred)
• Tier 3 Escalation: 5 years (Preferred)
