Website Maintenance/ IT Help

We’re a small business looking for a reliable, self-directed contractor to provide ongoing website updates and Microsoft 365/SharePoint support on an as-needed basis. This is not a full-time role - we need someone we can call on when things come up, who can turn around small tasks quickly without a lot of hand-holding.

What You’ll Do

Website

• Make content updates (text, images, pages, links)
• Troubleshoot minor issues or broken elements
• Basic SEO or formatting fixes as requested
• Coordinate with any third-party hosting or platform vendors if needed

Microsoft 365 / SharePoint

• Set up or reorganize SharePoint sites, document libraries, and folders
• Manage user permissions and sharing settings
• Create or maintain Teams channels and basic automations (Power Automate a plus)
• Troubleshoot M365 issues (OneDrive sync, email, calendar, etc.)
• Help onboard staff to tools as needed

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Proven experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar - let us know what you know)

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration
• Quick to respond, communicates clearly, and doesn’t over-complicate things
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Available for occasional same-day or next-day turnaround on small tasks
