IT Technician (Onsite)

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, displays, and technology equipment
• Support wired and wireless network installations
• Assist with the installation, termination, and testing of network cabling as needed
• Mount and configure interactive displays, televisions, projectors, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Perform technology upgrades, deployments, and equipment replacements
• Document work performed and communicate project status to customers and team members
• Report directly to customer locations throughout the Phoenix metro area and surrounding communities
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent NeedThese in a positive manner at all times

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We are looking for a dependable IT Technician who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and provide outstanding service to our customers. This is a hands-on position that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies., * Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in IT support, technology installation, networking, or a related field

• Experience troubleshooting Windows computers and common technology issues
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, switches, wireless connectivity, and internet troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely work on ladders when required
