Job description
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related endpoint security technologies.
- Administer, configure, and optimize CrowdStrike Falcon solutions, including Endpoint Security, Exposure Management, Data Protection, SaaS Security, Falcon Recon, and Fusion SOAR.
- Conduct advanced threat hunting, malware investigations, and security incident analysis using CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender.
- Monitor, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities through enterprise vulnerability management programs.
- Perform security risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, security audits, and penetration testing reviews.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Generate security reports, dashboards, and operational metrics through API integrations and automated reporting solutions.
- Design and implement security automation workflows using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and API-based integrations.
- Support endpoint security operations, device control policies, firewall management, and threat prevention initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security controls and improve enterprise security posture.
- Maintain security tools, monitor security incidents, track security patches, and support continuous security improvements.
- Support asset visibility, exposure management, and security operations initiatives utilizing Armis and Axonius platforms.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vuls?, * 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security engineering roles.
- 5+ years of experience serving as a CrowdStrike Falcon Subject Matter Expert (SME) or administrator in enterprise environments.
- Experience managing CrowdStrike Falcon Prevention Policies, IOA Exclusions, USB Device Control, Firewall Policies, and Fusion SOAR workflows.
- Experience performing vulnerability management, security assessments, and remediation planning.
- Experience conducting threat hunting, malware analysis, threat intelligence investigations, and incident response activities.
- Experience developing automation solutions and API integrations using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Strong experience with NIST security standards, risk management frameworks, accreditation processes, and security compliance requirements.
- Experience utilizing vulnerability management platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Greenbone, and Wazuh.
- Experience working with Microsoft Defender and enterprise endpoint detection and response (EDR) platforms.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies, VDI environments, cloud security, and SaaS security solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Armis and Axonius asset management and exposure management platforms.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, GIAC, or CrowdStrike certifications.
- Experience implementing Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) solutions.
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis., * How many years of experience working on CrowdStrike Falcon?
