Do you have a valid Licensed Pharmacist (State-Specific) license?, Do you have a valid Registered Pharmacist (RPh) certification?, Do you have experience in Practicing as a pharmacist?, Graduate from an accredited school of Pharmacy Licensure, Registration, Certification Current licensure by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy EPIC Willow Certification within 1 year of placement in position EPIC Medication Order Certification within 1 year of placement in position One of the following:

Completion of Post Graduate Year 1 (PGY1)
Minimum 1 of most recent 3 years’ pharmacist experience in a hospital environment

Desired Qualifications Licensure, Registration, Certification Post Graduate Year 1 (PGY1)
