Information Systems Support Technician

The Information Systems Support Technician keeps company operations running smoothly by preparing and maintaining the company’s computer and phone systems, and supports users by resolving computer and software problems promptly. Reports to the Vice President of Systems and Operations., * Prepares computers for use:

• Sets-up new computers with appropriate software and system configuration
• Re-configures computers for new uses and new users
• Prepares phones and phone system for usePromptly resolves users’ hardware and software problems

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Required Education: High School Diploma

• Preferred Education: Associates Degree in related field
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Required Experience: Windows computer administration, installing and troubleshooting computer hardware
• Preferred: Experience: Active Directory domain administration, To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, certain positions may require applicants to be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
