Requirements

  • Extensive experience collaborating with State Agency stakeholders, business subject matter experts (SMEs), COTS vendors, and IT teams to gather business requirements and define data warehouse, application, and system solutions, including the design, documentation, and implementation of data warehousing, enterprise application integration, and master data management initiatives.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise data warehouse solutions, including normalized data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, automated data ingestion and transformation processes, workflow orchestration, scheduling, and data integration automation to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and system reliability.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining data integration solutions across heterogeneous systems and business intelligence platforms using SQL within State Agency environments.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting comparative database analysis to support the design of new transactional databases and data warehouses, as well as the modernization and optimization of existing database and warehouse environments.
  • Extensive experience applying analytical reasoning, data interpretation, computation, and reporting techniques to identify trends, solve complex business challenges, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience implementing robust error handling, logging, monitoring, alerting, and recovery mechanisms to ensure the reliability and maintainability of automated data processing workflows.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within large-scale enterprise environments
