  • Train new and existing staff on EHR workflows and technology tools
  • Image, deploy, and configure laptops and desktops
  • Troubleshoot common software and hardware issues across multiple locations
  • Monitor SQL Server jobs and perform basic query work to support operations
  • Assist with reporting and data tasks using tools like Hex, Power BI, or Excel
  • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to keep the team informed

Requirements

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, * 3+ years of experience supporting an EHR system in a clinical environment (NextGen Enterprise, Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar)

  • Experience training end users on clinical or business software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
  • Ability to image and configure laptops and desktops independently
  • Strong communication skills across clinical, administrative, and leadership audiences

What Sets You Apart

  • NextGen Enterprise experience (administration, template support, or configuration)
  • Ability to run SQL queries, restart failed SQL Server jobs, and interpret basic results
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (Hex, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Excel proficiency including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Experience in a behavioral health or outpatient clinical setting

Basic Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer
  • Must be able to work on-site; travel between SHG locations may be required (Prescott, Cottonwood, Phoenix, Tucson areas)
  • Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
