Guides 1-2 agile teams through agile development of operational baseline updates. Facilitates all Scrum Meetings including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Promotes Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization. Collaborates with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. Communicates project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. Tracks team performance metrics and supports continuous improvement efforts. Identifies and removes impediments to team progress. Ensures transparency of progress through radiators like burndown charts and dashboards. Ensures compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols.
