Software Engineer

Oversees all supplier software development activities supporting mission computing products. Coordinates supplier software deliveries and reports periodic project status. Manages Software Problem Anomaly Report (SPAR) metrics and supports issue resolution. Maintains entries in the Air System Restrictions Database (ASRD) and flight-series data modules. Updates and publishes Interface Requirements Specification and message format definitions in the Signal Interface Management System (SIMS). Manages supplier technical performance and influences design decisions. Ensures timely, high-quality software deliveries from suppliers. Utilizes JIRA, SW Depot, CART, and Automet for software project tracking and management. Maintains software configuration and anomaly tracking systems. Active Secret Security Clearance required to start. Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline. Experience with JIRA for project tracking and issue management. Experience with SW Depot for software repository management. Experience with CART for configuration and release tracking. Experience with Automet for automation and software delivery. Experience with SIMS for Signal Interface Management System updates. Supplier technical management experience for software development oversight. Experience managing Software Problem Anomaly Report (SPAR) metrics. Experience maintaining Air System Restrictions Database (ASRD) entries., Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations.
