Front End Developer

• Create and support features for the Fuqua website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery)
• Support Fuqua’s ongoing goal to be web accessible in all digital spaces
• Assist in maintaining Fuqua’s Drupal environment
• Maintain and support Fuqua’s WordPress sites
• Work with digital web project manager to define requirements
• Maintain and continuously improve existing websites
• Work effectively with internal and external teams
• Research and share with the larger team new interactive standards and trends to ensure best practices are implemented

• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with at least one CMS system (Drupal preferred but not required)
• Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery/Bootstrap preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of PHP, Sass, and Git a bonus
• Willingness to learn different systems and coding languages to help create an integrated user experience
• Proven track record simultaneously working on multiple projects with high attention to detail and prioritizing to meet deadlines
• Solid interpersonal/communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
• Experience in higher education and business education preferred

Minimum Qualifications

BA or BS in journalism, marketing, English, graphic design or related field.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years applicable experience required. Graphic experience or background preferred. Proficiency with PC based environment in all Microsoft office products, HTML, Dreamweaver, Java Script, Acrobat, and some type of image editing product (Photoshop, etc.).
