Job description
- Expand the ASICS authorization and authentication application by iterating on the user interface, robustifying the backend systems, and adding localization features that let us grow into new markets.
- Support OAuth integrations with new client applications, such as fitness apps, regional Ecommerce sites, and marketing services.
- Develop and provide operational support for new web services that provide benefits to ASICS members, such as a service for finding run clubs, a preference center, or an app for in-store clienteling.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and platforms teams to determine which technology solutions can be used to meet our business needs.
- Evaluate new technologies and share lessons learned and best practices with our larger engineering organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of web development experienceStrong frontend HTML5, CSS, Javascript & jQuery experience
- Solid understanding of frontend and backend integration, specifically related to APIs
- Experience with technologies such as: Node.js, Java, Golang, SQL, AWS
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with DevOps
