Part-time Computer Basics Instructor

Christian homeschool partner program is seeking a part-time Computer Basics instructor for grades 6-12. This instructor will be responsible for 2 classes, on campus in Humble, TX on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:45-11:55am and 1:50-3:00pm.

In this course, students will move beyond “knowing how to use a computer” to mastering the professional tools required for high school, college, and the modern workforce. We focus on the two industry-standard ecosystems: Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace. Students will learn typing and to create polished academic papers, dynamic presentations, and organized data sets. By the end of the term, students will be capable of switching between Word and Docs or PowerPoint and Slides with confidence and technical precision.

Scholars offers in-person core and elective classes for homeschool students. Students study 5 days per week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday at home and Tuesday and Thursday on campus with the instructor.
