Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer with experience in requirements development, requirements management, system integration, verification, and validation testing. The ideal candidate will support the full system development lifecycle, ensuring that customer and stakeholder requirements are properly captured, analyzed, traced, and validated through comprehensive testing activities. This role requires strong systems engineering fundamentals, cross-functional collaboration, and experience working in complex technical environments., * Elicit, analyze, develop, and document system, subsystem, and component-level requirements.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle using requirements management tools.
- Establish and maintain bidirectional traceability between customer requirements, system requirements, design artifacts, and test cases.
- Perform requirements decomposition, allocation, and change management activities.
- Develop system architecture concepts and support system design reviews.
- Create and execute verification and validation (V&V) plans, procedures, and test cases.
- Support integration, system testing, qualification testing, and acceptance testing activities.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and support root cause investigations for system issues.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, test, quality, and project teams to ensure requirements compliance.
- Participate in technical reviews, risk assessments, and design evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Generate systems engineering documentation including requirements specifications, interface control documents, test plans, test reports, and verification matrices.
- Support issue tracking, defect management, and corrective action activities.
Requirements
- Master’’s degree or Bachelor’’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Experience in systems engineering, requirements management, or system testing.
- Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and development processes.
- Experience with requirements development, analysis, allocation, and traceability.
- Experience creating and executing system-level verification and validation test plans.
- Knowledge of system integration, qualification testing, and acceptance testing methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid development methodologies.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial automation, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
