Job description

This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all Information Security governance artifacts are properly organized, version-controlled, easily accessible, and audit-ready at all times., * Design, develop, and maintain structured SharePoint sites for Information Security policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation.

  • Organize and manage centralized repositories for security documentation, audit evidence, and compliance artifacts.
  • Ensure version control, document lifecycle management, and proper approval workflows within SharePoint.
  • Support Information Security teams in maintaining up-to-date documentation aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and other frameworks.
  • Maintain repositories for audit evidence, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and readiness for internal and external audits.
  • Support RFP (Request for Proposal) and security questionnaire responses by managing content libraries and reusable documentation.
  • Implement and maintain access controls, permissions, and security settings within SharePoint in alignment with IAM policies.
  • Develop workflows and automation using SharePoint, Power Automate, or related Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Collaborate with Information Security, Compliance, IT, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure documentation consistency and accuracy.
  • Continuously improve document management processes, taxonomy, and knowledge organization structures.
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on SharePoint usage and documentation standards.

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and to support the Information Security organization in managing, structuring, and maintaining security-related documentation, policies, procedures, RFP responses, and audit evidence repositories., The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint and a solid understanding of Information Security, compliance frameworks, and documentation lifecycle management., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.

  • 3-6 years of experience in SharePoint administration, documentation management, or knowledge management roles.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power Apps is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Information Security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA is a plus.
  • Experience supporting audit documentation, compliance evidence collection, or RFP response management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of structured documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
