Job description

  • Deliver engaging online lessons tailored to adult learners, utilizing various learning technologies and digital tools
  • Develop and adapt curriculum materials that meet course objectives and accommodate different learning styles
  • Facilitate a positive virtual classroom environment by managing discussions, encouraging participation, and maintaining student motivation
  • Design comprehensive lesson plans that align with course standards and ensure clear learning outcomes
  • Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback, providing constructive guidance for improvement
  • Manage classroom dynamics effectively by implementing classroom management strategies suitable for online settings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum content and share best practices in adult education

Requirements

Do you have a valid Teaching Certification license?, Do you have experience in Computer science?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Proficiency in learning technology platforms and digital tools used for online teaching

  • Strong teaching skills with experience in curriculum development and lesson planning for adult education
  • Excellent classroom management abilities in virtual environments to foster engagement and discipline
  • Prior experience working with university students or in higher education settings is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of prior knowledge
  • Knowledge of effective assessment methods to evaluate student progress accurately
  • Strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts and provide meaningful feedback, * Bachelor’s (Required)
