  • Operational Policy, Governance & Compliance: Establish, approve, and enforce corporate IT operating policies, compliance roadmaps, and IT governance strategies to guarantee that technology assets comply with internal standards and external regulatory metrics. *

  • IT Program, Technical Audit, & Project Sponsorship: Lead large-scale IT programs, evaluate ongoing technical projects, and prioritize initiatives. • Executive Liaison & Meeting Management: Organize, facilitate, and execute directives stemming from monthly IT Steering Committee meetings, monthly Key User information sessions, and cross-functional leadership assemblies with Executives, Senior Management, and vendors. Prepare and deliver corporate IT update presentations for quarterly Board of Directors meetings as required. Serve as a key executive interlocutor who speaks the native language of business operations, confidently articulating IT risk, ROI, and technological velocity to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. *

  • Process Improvement & Change Management: Monitor systemic performance metrics, industry trends, and user feedback to safely drive continuous efficiency improvements, technical migrations, and digital transformations across the entire organization. *

  • Personnel & Direct Report Leadership: Manage the broader departmental functions with full accountability for staffing, training, knowledge development, and evaluations. Conduct weekly tactical planning, alignment, and control meetings with direct reports overseeing Support Services, Infrastructure, and Business Systems. *

  • Budget Development & Fiscal Oversight: Own the design, approval, and daily tracking of the comprehensive departmental budget alongside the key IT domain leaders to ensure cost-effective, high-impact technology investments. Go beyond foundational IT budget management to review, evaluate, and align technology expenditure against macroeconomic company performance metrics, cash flow goals, and board-level fiscal mandates. *

  • Multifunctional Business Partnership: Actively lead, collaborate, and partner with multifunctional business units (Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, and Legal) to establish IT as an operational growth catalyst rather than an isolated siloed function.
