Customer Service & Order Management (SAP) - Hybrid

If you’re the kind of person who loves keeping things organized, communicating clearly, and making sure customers get what they need-this is a great fit. You’ll play a key role supporting a fast-growing life sciences product line, partnering with teams globally and helping manage a high volume of customer orders end-to-end.

What you’ll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders (from purchase order through fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up support)
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, distribution, product management, quality, manufacturing, sales) to keep orders on track
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders-providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience
• Support project coordination for complex/custom orders
• Help facilitate complaint/escalation processes by gathering documentation and routing internally
• Work across multiple systems and reporting tools (SAP is key)

Do you have experience in Sales management systems proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 2+ years in customer service, customer operations, or order management (high-volume environment preferred)

• SAP experience required (Salesforce is a plus!)
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Confident communicator-written and verbal
• Able to juggle multiple priorities without getting flustered
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Nice to have (not required)

• Life sciences / biotech industry experience
• Supply chain, logistics, or contract administration exposure
• Import/export or global trade compliance familiarity
• ISO 9001 environment experience
