We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scale Tech to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing scaling processes for our technology infrastructure, ensuring high performance, reliability, and efficiency as our systems grow., * Design, implement, and maintain scalable technology solutions to support business growth.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot scaling issues proactively.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize infrastructure and application scalability.
• Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline scaling processes.
• Analyze system metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in scaling and infrastructure management.
• Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies.

Do you have experience in Programming languages?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in managing scalable systems and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
