Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our internal users, ensuring smooth operations within our IT environment. This individual will possess a desire to learn and grow in their position and a passion to improve and expand their skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues

• Assist in the setup and configuration of hardware and software

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including network infrastructure

• Provide support for various operating systems and applications

• Collaborate with network administrators to resolve connectivity issues

• Implement and maintain firewall and VPN solutions

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures

• Communicate effectively with users to provide timely resolutions

• Assist other IT personnel as needed

Do you have experience in Windows?, Proficiency in Windows operating systems

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, TCP/IP, and network administration

• Familiarity with firewall configurations and VPN setups

• Strong communication skills to interact with users effectively

• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems efficiently
