Job description

Individual will be responsible for maintaining the Enterprise Network/VoiP environment for the enterprise. This person will also build and Implement Network for the business units as they are required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work on projects (as well as day to day operations), and a solid understanding of the technologies in place to support the day to day environment, The Network Engineer position will be responsible for day-to-day support & Management of Enterprise environment

  • The position will also require occasional weekend work as part of a formal Change Process and occasional after hours work to respond to any issues.

  • An oncall rotation is also expected from this position.
  • The position will require the ability to Configure and install Routers, VoiP, and switches as needed.
  • Create, design, and maintain a Disaster Recovery testing process for all needed environments.
  • Work with project teams to evaluate and recommend technology to support the enterprise.
  • Monitor Network usage, Status and forecast demand
  • Present information to IT management team.
  • Fluent in Korean/English

Requirements

Knowledge in Network and VoiP

  • 3~5 years experience in Enterprise Environment
  • Great Communication and presentation skill and must be a team player., Related Bachelor’s Degree; or 5 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong troubleshooting methodology is required
  • Individual must possess a broad knowledge of network equipment and servers along with operating systems
  • Candidate should have good customer service skills, communication, work independently and have interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Network Certification (CCNP, CCIE)
  • Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, GRE, IPSec, POS, PPP, VRRP, HSRP and SNMP protocols
  • Skill in network routing protocol troubleshooting in BGP, OSPF, IS-IS and MPLS.
