Requirements

  • Ability to independently, quickly, and efficiently identify and solve system problems that can impact a large number of customers.
  • Ability to combine strong system knowledge with a strong understanding of customer requirements to offer custom solutions to problems in a very practical, timely and efficient manner. Customer service skills are critical.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Thorough understanding of the project development life cycle, including but not limited to application analysis, development, testing, documentation, approval and post migration validation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to form strong relationships between team members, customers, and management is essential., * ERP PeopleSoft system development or system analysis experience.
  • Campus Solution’s experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL.
