Job description

MBA Consulting Services is looking for a motivated IT Systems Implementation Administrator to join our team supporting technology deployments and operational systems for the United States Postal Service. You’ll gain hands-on experience with hardware setup, networking, troubleshooting, and field technology support while working alongside experienced technical professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with setting up and deploying new systems
  • Prepare, image, and ship hardware equipment to field sites
  • Support hardware installations, cable connections, and equipment setup
  • Help configure systems and verify network connectivity
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, networking, and configuration issues
  • Work with senior technical staff, developers, and local IT teams to resolve problems
  • Support testing activities to ensure systems communicate properly
  • Assist with updating system configurations and responding to support requests
  • Provide technical assistance and support to USPS operational personnel, * Gain real-world IT experience supporting nationwide USPS operations
  • Build technical skills in networking, systems support, and hardware deployment
  • Work with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment

Requirements

Do you have experience in Telecommunications network device configuration?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Interest in IT, networking, hardware support, or technical operations

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable learning new technology and working in a team environment
  • Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field preferred
  • Internship, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware setup, or command-line tools is helpful but not required
