Job description

Tackle Business Challenges: Understand and address complex business needs with effective software solutions. * Lead Development Efforts: Guide the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to coding, testing, and deployment. * Support and Enhance: Provide ongoing maintenance and support, including bug fixes, report creation, and data updates.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software engineering?, * 4+ Years of Full Stack Software Engineering Experience

Proficiency with the .NET tech stack
Experience developing and maintaining distributed systems
Comfort working with and improving legacy codebases
Experience with Delphi / Object Pascal is a plus
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
