Job description

  1. Design and implement Building Automation Systems (BAS) for a wide range of construction projects, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Leverage expertise in Distech GFX, Honeywell Spyder Tool, LonWorks, and BACnet to develop innovative solutions and resolve complex technical issues.
  3. Coordinate with project teams to integrate BAS into overall project design and execution, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project objectives.
  4. Monitor and optimize HVAC systems, leveraging BAS to enhance system performance and energy efficiency.
  5. Conduct system testing and validation, identifying and resolving any issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in clear, understandable terms.
  7. Keep abreast of latest industry trends and technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in BAS design and implementation.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Permanent Senior BAS Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, integration, and optimization of Building Automation Systems (BAS). This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to high-profile projects. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering quality results., 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in Building Automation Systems.

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  2. Advanced proficiency with BAS platforms, programming tools, and system integration, including Tridium Niagara (AX/N4), Distech GFX, Honeywell Spyder Tool, and Johnson Controls CCT/PCT.
  3. Demonstrated experience working with open protocols such as BACnet and LonWorks in complex control systems.
  4. Solid understanding of HVAC systems and their integration into BAS.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, understandable terms.
  7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BAS into overall project design and execution.
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of latest industry trends and technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and a commitment to achieving project objectives.
