Integrations Specialist

Provides analytical and project support for Integrated Supply and Implementation processes.

Responsibilities

Individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Manageand coordinateall aspects of customer implementation projects.

• Analyze key customer metrics for improvement opportunities.

• Assist Implementation Team members with completion of Site Assessment reports and analysis.

• Provide monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities.

• Follow upon project task assignments to ensure that activities are completedon time.

• Monitor performance of project post-implementation.

• Perform other duties and/orprojectsassigned.

Any combination of requirements which provide knowledge & abilities necessary to perform:

• High school diploma plustwo-yearcollege degree or High School diploma and 5years’ experiencein a business office.

• Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product,and the ability to learn MRC specific software.

• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high level support.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service.

• 50% travelrequired.

• Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.

• Must have a current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times.

• Ability to read and speak the English language proficientlyin order tocommunicate with others, understand and interpret safetyinstructions, andto respond to inquiries.

• Ability to understand andcomply withMRC guidelines and expectations,to includeCode of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
