What You’ll Learn and Support
AI Data Center Infrastructure Builds ️ Rack and Stack Deployments Structured Cabling Fiber and Copper Cable Installation Cable Labeling, Testing, and Troubleshooting ️ Rack Cooling and Airflow Setup Installation Documentation and Quality Checks
What You’ll Do
- Assist with rack assembly and preparation
- Install rails, PDUs, cable management, and labels
- Rack and stack servers, storage, and network equipment
- Run and route Cat5, Cat6, coax, copper, and fiber cabling
- Dress, label, and organize cables inside racks
- Support basic cable testing and quality checks
- Follow installation diagrams, checklists, and technical instructions
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Report issues, defects, or safety concerns to the team lead
Requirements
️ Interest in data centers, telecom, networking, cabling, or IT infrastructure ️ Some hands-on experience with cabling, fiber, low voltage, telecom, IT hardware, or technical lab work ️ Basic knowledge of Cat5, Cat6, copper, coax, or fiber cabling preferred ️ Ability to use hand tools or willingness to learn ️ Comfortable working onsite in a physical technical environment ️ Ability to lift equipment, stand for extended periods, and work around racks ️ Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn ️ Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
