ERP Specialist, IT Manager - Manufacturing

• · Engineering of system administrator related solutions for system, software, ERP system and operational needs.
• · Assist (if/as needed) in the install of new/rebuild and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with operational requirements/needs.
• · Upgrade and configure system software, including ERP, as needed to support operational needs.
• · Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for systems administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
• · Ensure daily system monitoring is completed as needed.
• · Ensure security monitoring is performed to identify any possible intrusions.
• · Oversee the performance or ensure daily backup operations are completed ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to appropriate locations.
• · Create, change and delete user accounts as approved.
• · Ensure patches and upgrades are performed on a regular basis.
• · Reporting/Data Compilation: Assist the IT department and other employees/departments with needed reporting and data appropriate for their position which includes, compiling, categorizing, calculating and verifying accuracy of data within the reporting framework.
• · Maintain operational, configuration and other procedures.
• · Contribute to and maintain system standards.
• · Other duties may be requested by certain management for the Company which are not included.

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree preferred, at a minimum

• Detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office 365/SharePoint/etc.)
• Ability to compile and analyze data/reports from various reporting software.
• Experience with ERP software programs with the ability to adapt and learn new systems.
• Effective communication both written and verbal.
• Work well with others and independently.
