Requirements:

Project & Program Management 10-15 years of overall experience with significant experience managing healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Hands on experience managing end to end SDLC for enterprise applications.
Healthcare Domain Knowledge Proven experience in healthcare payer or provider systems such as: Enrollment, Member & Benefits Claims processing Billing & Finance Care management and data platforms.
Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements. Tools & Technology (Good to Have) Experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar. Familiarity working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and large enterprise systems.
Experience coordinating with testing, automation, and DevOps teams.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) - preferred. Experience managing offshore-onsite delivery models. Prior exper
