Job description

  • Lead and manage healthcare projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with business, technical teams, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure successful delivery of healthcare initiatives.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong healthcare domain experience to manage and support healthcare technology projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams, Agile methodologies, and healthcare business processes., * Healthcare industry experience required.

  • Strong Project Management / Scrum Master experience.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
