Windows & Mac System Administrator

• Administer and support Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and macOS environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, and user account administration.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac devices across the organization.
• Manage endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, SCCM/MECM, or similar platforms.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure system availability.
• Implement security policies, patch management, antivirus solutions, and compliance controls.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related technologies.
• Perform software deployment, upgrades, and system migrations.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for end users and executive staff.
• Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and operational procedures.

• 5+ years of experience in Windows and macOS administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with macOS administration and Apple ecosystem management.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf, Intune, SCCM/MECM, or other endpoint management tools.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPNs, security best practices, and endpoint protection.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified, Jamf Certified, Apple Certifications, or CompTIA certifications.
