Job description

Ann Arbor area MSP is looking for an IT Engineer to provide technical support to clients on a variety of networks., Provide technical support for servers, PCs, switches, firewalls, etc to clients at their sites (within 50 miles) and/or remotely.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Some of the skills we’re looking for are:

Desktop support - Windows, Linux, Mac

Server support - Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware, Hyper-V, Exchange, SharePoint, DNS, Active Directory, File/Print, etc

Networking support - switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, etc

Security - Multi-factor authentication, server hardening, vulnerability scanning / penetration testing, monitoring, etc

General hardware knowledge necessary. Documentation skills are also a plus., * IT support: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver’s License (Preferred)
