IT Support/Software Developer

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support / Software Developer. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical support and software development. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s technology infrastructure while developing applications, reports, and automation tools that improve business operations., IT Support

• Provide desktop, printer, and mobile device support for employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and servers.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, email systems, and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Document support requests, solutions, and system configurations.

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain internal business applications.
• Create and maintain web-based and desktop applications.
• Develop SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and database integrations.
• Build automation tools using modern programming languages.
• Integrate third-party systems using APIs and data exchange processes.
• Participate in software deployment, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• 2+ years of programming or software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• SQL Server or MySQL
• C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript
• HTML, CSS, and web development concepts
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with Git version control., The successful candidate is equally comfortable helping an employee resolve a technical issue, writing SQL queries to support business reporting, and developing software solutions that improve operational efficiency.
