Project Manager - GenAI Platform

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic Generative AI (GenAI) platform initiative supporting Global Markets, Sales & Trading, Quantitative Strategies, Research, and Operations teams in the BFSI space. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale software development programs, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines in a financial services environment., * Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk registers
• Track budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership
• Facilitate status meetings and provide executive-level reporting
• Identify project risks/issues and drive resolution plans
• Manage change requests and communicate business impacts
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, release management, and regulatory requirements
• Support audit, risk, and regulatory reporting activities

Do you have experience in Technology budget management?, * 8+ years of Project Management experience

• 3+ years in the financial industry with exposure to Global Markets (Sales Trading) & capital Markets
• 5+ years managing large cross-functional software development programs
• Experience delivering enterprise technology projects using Agile methodologies
• Strong budget management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with AI/ML, data platforms, or emerging technology initiatives
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools

Preferred Experience

• Financial Services or Banking industry experience
• Exposure to Global Markets, Sales & Trading environments
• Experience with cloud-based and microservices platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise change management and release governance processes
• Experience supporting regulatory and compliance-driven programs

Certifications

• PMP, ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred, Project Management
