IT Admin - Retail Stores / MSP

IT Field Support Technician- Technical support for approx. 20 small retail stores. Network/hardware/software. Point-of-sale (POS). Cameras. Printer. Racking and stacking network equipment (Cisco). Support hardware and software deployed in retail stores. Resolve user IT problems from retail staff through the IT Support Service Desk. Troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution. Tracks and reports recurring IT problems. Logs and tracks IT issues in problem management database. Maintains IT records and problem documentation. Move, add, or change desktop/laptop hardware and software. Analyze customer needs. Develop solutions. Troubleshoots retail systems and aids IT team in support and troubleshooting. Coordinates preventative maintenance and vendor services. Maintains IT standards and procedures. Knowledge of CAT6 cabling and termination. Installs multimedia devices.
