Job description

Manage 1-10 concurrent IT infrastructure projects (end-to-end delivery)
Maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project / PWA
Own project financials: SAP budgets, forecasts, accruals, actuals
Track progress, status reporting, and issue escalation
Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables
Lead project meetings, document notes, risks, and actions
Manage change requests and align with PMO/PCO governance
Process PO requests, invoices, and financial reconciliation
Oversee network infrastructure deployments (routers, switches, firewalls)
Coordinate equipment installation, testing, and acceptance
Manage 3rd-party vendors and contract negotiations
Support telecommunications agreements and licensing
Participate in Change Management (CAB) as needed
Ensure compliance with safety, governance, and project standards

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, * 5+ years IT Infrastructure Project Management

Strong Microsoft Project / PWA experience
Direct experience with SAP financials (budgeting, forecasting, accruals, actuals)
Experience managing project financial performance and reporting
Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
Experience with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
Strong Excel skills
Experience working in a PMO environment

Preferred

10+ years IT Project Management
PMP certification
Experience managing multiple concurrent infrastructure projects
Experience in telecommunications or utility environments
