This role involves fulfilling requests for new equipment and managing equipment moves within the facility network.

Do you have experience in Microsoft Outlook?, * Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals

• Software/Hardware Refreshes, Imaging, deployment,
• Software installs, setup, and troubleshooting Windows systems & data migration
• Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with account management through Active Directory and NTFS permissions
• Asset and ticket management systems including inventory tracking, imaging, and wiping assets
• Foundational understanding of computer networking and IP address
