Application Architect

• Review internal and external system solutions required to meet business requirements and influence adoption.
• Work with business and tech teams to build out solutions for requested enhancements.
• Review developer code to ensure alignment with existing design patterns prior to release.
• Provide occasional coaching to the development team to reinforce coding standards.
• Work with Digital Product Managers, BAs, and developers to create client solutions.
• Participate in various meetings as a key member of the IT organization.
• Support business initiatives to onboard and integrate new sources of revenue.
• Support the development of annual budgets for information technology projects.
• Serve as technical liaison with direct relationships between IT, business owners, clients, and other external partners.
• Support business priorities with a consistent application delivery strategy and governance structure.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support implementations, security, and compliance and help minimize risk.

• Ability to handle the fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities, * Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field
• 5+ years working in Insurance or Financial Services
• 5+ years working in a solution architect role
• 7+ years of overall development experience
