What you will be doing as a key player on our dynamic team:

  • Provide first-line support for IT-related issues in both office and warehouse environments.
  • Install and configure computer and network equipment.
  • Maintain network connectivity of computer workstations.
  • Manage physical security access by creating employee badges and configuring access permissions within the security system.
  • Configure and deploy company-issued mobile devices, including cell phones and iPads, ensuring proper security settings and connectivity.
  • Administer and maintain company-specific applications, including user setup, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of warehouse-specific technology, such as barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
  • Provide support of computer hardware, software, network and servers.
  • Create and maintain network users/permissions.
  • Test release of products to minimize user impact and ensure compatibility.
  • Create technical support documentation for systems and applications.
  • Other duties as assigned., * Lifting/Carrying: Occasionally required to lift and carry office materials, files, or supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Sitting/Standing/Walking: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk using a computer; occasional standing, walking, or moving between departments or meeting locations.
  • Reaching/Handling: Regular reaching, grasping, and handling of office materials; frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding, writing, filing, and operating office equipment.
  • Vision: Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus, necessary for reading documents, using a computer, and reviewing documents.
  • Hearing/Speaking: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual/video meetings; ability to hear instructions and interact with team members and customers.
  • Environmental Conditions: Work performed primarily in a professional office environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions. May occasionally involve travel to other company sites, vendor locations, or offsite meetings.
  • PPE Use: Generally not required; however, may occasionally be necessary depending on location (e.g., close toed shoes, high-visibility vest when visiting the warehouse).

Requirements

Do you have experience in IT department experience?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * 1+ years as an IT Administrator or similar title.

  • Hands-on experience with networking and infrastructure.
  • Supporting applications and infrastructure. Such as: M365, Firewall, and VMware.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Server, 2019, and 2022 Preferred.
  • Familiarity or experience with IT security and compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, ISO, PCI)
  • On-premises and cloud IT infrastructure including network and server technologies
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting Device Management solutions (e.g. MDM)

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar preferred but not required.
