Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. In this role, you’ll strengthen your gaming, instructional systems, and interaction design techniques by creating immersive experiences for federal and commercial clients. Together with a team of artists and engineers, you’ll help create meaningful experiences for training, simulations, digital twin ecosystems, infrastructure planning, and more. You’ll play a key role in modeling and simulation efforts, leveraging your understanding of the 3D content pipeline and gaming development to bring complex systems to life-from ingesting and optimizing source data to building interactive, high-fidelity environments. This includes developing simulation logic, integrating physics-based and behavior-driven models, and ensuring seamless performance across real-time applications, enabling users to explore scenarios, test outcomes, and support mission-critical decision-making in immersive environments.
