Lead Full-Stack Developer - Hybrid

We are looking for a Lead Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while contributing to scalable and reliable systems., * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions

• Contribute to system architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams across multiple geographic locations

• Support CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational excellence
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in software development with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) on Unix/Linux platforms
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience with AWS cloud platform and containerization technologies
• Experience with version control systems and Agile development practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical initiatives
• Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding standards
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure automation, * Demonstrates technical ownership and accountability
• Proactively identifies and addresses technical risks
• Contributes to continuous improvement and engineering standards
• Acts as a role model for engineering best practices

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is $121,564.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $225,762.00 USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
