3rd Shift Server/Computer Repair Technician

Perform software troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on computer systems

• Conduct server repair and maintenance tasks efficiently

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related problems

• Analyze system issues and implement effective solutions

• Conduct field service visits to diagnose and repair computer systems

• Solder components and read schematics when necessary

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We are seeking a skilled Server Repair Technician to join our customer’s team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong background in software and hardware troubleshooting, equipment repair, and technical support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with various computer systems and provide essential server support services.

Minimum Requirements

-Six (6) months to one (1) year technical repair experience in a related field required.

-Six (6) months to one (1) year experience in debugging and testing of electro mechanical assemblies a plus.

-A Plus Certification a plus.

-High School Diploma or equivalent., Use of tools and test equipment of various types, to repair servers.

-Proficiency in computer hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

-Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers

• Ability to analyze technical problems and develop solutions

• Strong soldering skills for hardware repairs

• Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
