Computer Server Repair Technician Level 1

We are seeking a Repair Technician I to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing computer hardware and equipment to ensure quality and performance standards are met., * Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and basic software issues

• Repair or replace components on servers and electronic equipment
• Disassemble and reassemble units following detailed work instructions
• Test and verify product functionality to ensure quality standards are met
• Accurately document repairs and enter data into internal systems
• Identify and report recurring issues to engineering and quality teams
• Inspect products for accuracy, labeling, and defects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Do you have experience in Machine repair?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent

• 6 months to 1 year of technical repair experience required
• Experience with debugging or testing electro-mechanical equipment is a plus
• A+ Certification is a plus
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Windows environment)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
• Comfortable working on a production floor environment
