Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager drives end-to-end delivery of software and hardware initiatives, ensuring cross-functional teams execute on time while maintaining quality standards. This is not a spreadsheet-management role - the TPM engages directly with engineering challenges, evaluates architectural trade-offs, and partners with engineers as a peer who owns the delivery path., Program Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of software features and hardware integration projects
• Break down initiatives into milestones and track dependencies
• Manage execution across backend (.NET), frontend (Angular), and mobile apps
• Orchestrate software and hardware timelines to achieve 90%+ weekly milestone completion

Technical Coordination

• Diagnose and resolve technical bottlenecks, unblocking teams within 24-48 hours
• Facilitate engineering and product trade-off discussions
• Design and maintain test environments

Process & Methodology

• Run Shape Up cycle planning (3-week cycles)
• Manage Jira and Linear tracking; maintain documentation, dashboards, and decision logs
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance and regulatory best practices

Stakeholder Communication

• Deliver weekly leadership updates and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Build bridges between engineering, product, clinical, and external partners
• Surface risks proactively

• Engineering background with hands-on coding experience
• 5+ years in Technical Program Management
• Software and hardware integration delivery experience
• Deep understanding of architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and IoT
• Track record delivering refactors, migrations, decompositions, and integrations
• Experience designing test environments
• Agile proficiency; Shape Up methodology is highly valued
• Experience with Linear, Jira, or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
