Job description

Senior SRE focused on improving reliability, performance, and observability while staying hands-on with engineering., 60% SRE / 40% DevOps split

Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines

Embed within scrum teams and partner with engineering

Improve monitoring, observability, and performance

Drive automation and reduce technical debt

Support incident response

Contribute to dashboards, alerting, and system tuning

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web applications?, 7+ years SRE / DevOps experience

Strong observability stack experience (Dynatrace + Splunk)

Azure DevOps - pipeline/build automation

Need to have worked on websites and understand full life cycle web applications from end to end (app/infra issues) , latency, what if an app is running slow - walk me through how you investigate it etc

Cloud architecture (AWS or Azure)

Kubernetes (high priority)

Infrastructure architecture + performance optimization

Strong coding background in Java or C#/.NET - need to be able to read and write code

Networking fundamentals, Experience leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) for SRE use cases (runbooks, SLOs, logs, incidents)
