Job description

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily technology infrastructure and activities of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update servers, networks, and software applications.
  • Implement cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Align technology goals with overall business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise IT staff members.
  • Manage IT budgets and control operational costs.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 5 years or more experience in an IT and leadership role.

  • Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
  • Must be able to learn other company software systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
  • Must have good verbal communication as well as written communication skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
