Job description
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily technology infrastructure and activities of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update servers, networks, and software applications.
- Implement cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, and disaster recovery plans.
- Align technology goals with overall business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and supervise IT staff members.
- Manage IT budgets and control operational costs.
- Provide technical support and training to staff.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 5 years or more experience in an IT and leadership role.
- Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Must be able to learn other company software systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
- Must have good verbal communication as well as written communication skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
