Job description

We’re looking for a motivated E-Commerce Executive to join our team and help us run and grow our marketplace presence. You’ll be hands-on with our product listings and the day-to-day operations that keep our channels running smoothly.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday (full time), plus 4 hours on a Saturday morning. The role is a fully in-house position based at our offices in Park Royal, London.

What you’ll be doing

Creating and optimising product listings on Amazon and eBay - including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and imagery - as well as across any additional marketplaces we sell on
Keeping listings accurate and up to date: prices, stock, content, and categorisation - including regular competitor research and market pricing analysis to ensure we stay competitive
Uploading and managing product images, ensuring they meet platform requirements and present our products in the best light
Supporting the day-to-day running of our e-commerce operations, including ad hoc tasks that keep everything ticking along
Working across platforms and picking up new marketplaces as the business grows

Requirements

Do you have experience in Social media management?, * At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or eBay Seller Hub

Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using a range of tools to get the job done, including AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and output quality
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
A willingness to learn and get stuck in

Bonus points for

Experience with other marketplaces (e.g. OnBuy, Mirakl, TikTok Shop, or similar)
Knowledge of Shopify and SEO
