Job description

This role supports manufacturing test operations in a production environment. The Test Engineer will work closely with engineering and production teams to support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of hardware and systems., * Support daily test operations to ensure products meet quality and performance standards

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and basic software issues during testing
  • Work with engineering teams to identify root causes of test failures
  • Support test setup, configuration, and maintenance of test equipment
  • Assist in maintaining test systems, including servers, code, and infrastructure
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) testing and product lifecycle activities
  • Track and document test results, defects, and performance data
  • Assist in improving test processes, efficiency, and product quality
  • Support installation and calibration of functional and reliability test equipment
  • Follow all quality, safety, and ESD handling procedures

Requirements

Do you have experience in Engineering testing?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or technical certification required

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, electronics, or testing environments
  • Basic understanding of hardware, electronics, or computer systems
  • Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and system interaction
  • Ability to stand for long periods and safely handle components
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
