Job description

Use your Microsoft 365 and end user services experience to support a critical operations environment where productivity, access, endpoint support, and user experience are essential., The Senior Microsoft 365 & End User Services Engineer will provide L3 support for Microsoft 365 and end user services while also supporting desktop services, service requests, access provisioning, software installation, and escalation to broader infrastructure teams., * Provide L3 support for Microsoft 365 and end user services. * Support user access, service requests, software installation, and productivity tools. * Provide L3 desktop support for laptops, desktops, printers, and endpoint issues. * Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and user experience issues. * Support documentation, knowledge base updates, and standard operating procedures. * Coordinate with compute, network, security, telecom, storage, and backup teams. * Assist internal customers with incidents and service requests. * Maintain strong customer service standards in a critical operations environment. * Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT support, end user services, Microsoft 365, desktop, or infrastructure support experience. * Strong L3 Microsoft 365 or end user services support experience. * Strong L3 desktop support experience. * Experience with user access, software support, endpoint troubleshooting, and service requests. * Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and user-facing hardware/software issues. * Strong communication, customer service, documentation, and troubleshooting skills., * Microsoft certifications. * Healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environment experience. * Experience with identity, endpoint management, Intune, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, or OneDrive. * Exposure to networking, compute, security, backup, or cloud infrastructure.
